Founded by recording artist Russ Lorenson, the company provides independent artists with distribution, release strategy and project management, digital marketing, playlist development, rights and catalog management, and data-driven performance analysis.
Founded by an artist
Russ Lorenson founded RL Productions through his own independent recording career. As a jazz artist, he brings firsthand experience of the work involved in creating, releasing, and supporting a catalog of music.
That experience informs the company’s approach: practical support that respects an artist’s creative identity and helps turn a recording into a considered release plan.
